Brandon Michael Jones, 41, has been arrested and charged with two counts of indecent exposure following at least a pair of incidents where he allegedly put on a show while waiting for his food to be delivered, police announced on Monday, April 10.

Members of the Prince William County Police Department were called to Cracker Barrel in the 17100 block of Dumfries Road over the weekend to investigate reports of a man who allegedly exposed himself to a server.

Police say that Jones was parked in the parking lot of the restaurant when he made unwanted gestures toward an employee, though there was no physical contact between he and his accuser, they noted.

Further investigation into the incident determined that Jones also allegedly acted similarly last month with a different employee at the same restaurant who was delivering food to him.

The investigation led to arrest warrants for Jones, who turned himself in at the Prince William County Police Department without incident on Monday, where he was charged with multiple counts of indecent exposure.

Jones’ court date is pending, and bond information was unavailable on Monday afternoon.
